Easter 2017

Easter has always been one of our family’s favorite holidays, and the kids look forward to it all year.  We realized late last week that we would for sure be in the hospital this year for Easter, so we were all pretty bummed.  We tried our best to have a great little celebration anyway, and it actually turned out quite special.  Phoenix has super low “counts”, so both kids were in masks for the majority of our time together, but they didn’t seem to mind too much.

We started off by doing an Easter egg hunt-

Then Shiloh and Phoenix opened their eggs and Easter baskets-

Then we had some fun dying eggs and playing with cascarones-

Shiloh and Phoenix had a great time at our little celebration, and I am thankful we were able to be together for a little bit.  Happy Easter!
